I thought I had a flat tire but upon inspection, that was not the case. I was so happy to be back in my car and when I left my office.my car was making an odd noise and handling strangely. They even sent a member of their team over with my car to drop it off at my office and pick up my rental. They let me know when my part had come in and when my maintenance was complete.
On day 2, the customer service team was great again. And other than some logistical challenges with the rental car process (you're next Enterprise shuttle driver), I understood that this mostly stemmed from circumstances outside their control. I was mostly able to laugh off the first day and really did appreciate the efforts to make up for the blunder. And while I greatly appreciate the many apologies, the prolonged effort to get me in a rental car on their dime, and the determination to find me a filter, I am certain the maintenance team could have been more thorough in preparing to work on my vehicle. To the credit of the customer service team, my wait time went from waiting weeks for a new one to one day as they were able to locate one. To make things worse, the filters were on backorder, so there was no chance I was getting my car back that day. It was only after that was done that the maintenance team discovered they had no more oil filters for my vehicle. First, the oil filter was removed and oil drained from my vehicle. Unfortunately, lack of attention to detail resulted in a two-day long miserable experience. I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation which seemed like a simple thing. They are the only reason any stars are present on this review. I would like to begin by highlighting that everyone involved on the customer service end of my experience was delightful, helpful, and sincerely apologetic for the unfortunate things I had to deal with. The customer service team was, however, delightful. TL:dr The maintenance team displayed a complete lack of attention to details that left me without my car for a day and put me back on the road without even tightening my lug nuts after an oil change and tire rotation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you have a lot of time to waste.
This was the 3rd time I’ve have an issue with this place. Once they tell me my truck is done, I go back there and wait for another 40 minutes for someone to find my keys. A few minutes later the service manager comes out and everything is fine. He doesn’t say anything and just walks away. I tell him the service manager told me to come in.
He tells me the same thing, I don’t have an appointment. Lucky, the service manager was able to schedule something for me the following week. Eventually I just left just to find out that the technician didn’t have the right paperwork with my appointment on it. Initially it was no problem for me until I waited for 40 minutes…no update, nothing. The technician that checked me seemed pretty incompetent and just kept telling me that he was going to find an advisor for me since the one I was supposed to have was on vacation. When I arrived, I was told I didn’t have an appointment even though I received an email verification. I took my truck in for routine maintenance and a few recalls.
